Returns

Bridgee Fashion hopes you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, we accept returns for store credit only.

Given the fast turnover of stock, we are unable to accept exchanges. However, if you would like to order a different size, please just return your merchandise and provided the goods are returned in line with 'return requirements', we will issue you a store credit as quickly as possible, so you can re-purchase the item in your preferred size. Store credit can be used to order a different size or any of our other products.

Return Requirements:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any Bridgee hangtags attached.
  • Any products marked ‘SALE' cannot be returned.

Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return. If your return does not adhere to the requirements it may be sent back at additional cost to you.

Returns Process

Please complete the Returns Form included with your package, and send to us along with your item.  Please send using a tracking system - any items not received which do not have tracking will not be the responsibility of Bridgee.

Bridgee packaging is dual purpose so you can return your item in the original courier bag if you should so wish.  However, please ensure the original post label is removed or fully covered to avoid delays in delivering your parcel back to us.  Bridgee is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Afterpay Returns

If you wish to return something you purchased using AfterPay, the process is the same. Unless the item is faulty, you will be issued store credit for the full amount of the unwanted item. You will continue to be charged by AfterPay until you have paid all your instalments.

Processing Returns
We aim to process returns within 24 hours of receiving them, but high volume periods, especially around the holidays or sales, could cause delays. We apologise for any inconvenience. If you’re concerned that your return has been delivered but not processed in a timely fashion, please contact hello@bridgee.com.au

Store Credit

  • Store credit can only be used at bridgee.com.au
  • Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Please treat store credit like cash.
  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
  • Your use of store credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.

Faulty Items

Bridgee Fashion does a thorough inspection of all goods before they are shipped to our customers and we stand behind the quality of our products.  However, if you come across a manufacturing fault, please contact us at hello@bridgee.com.au as soon as possible. We will aim to rectify your fault enquiry as quickly as possible however refunds cannot be guaranteed without prior photographic evidence of the fault so please provide as much detail/photos as possible.
